Terms of Service

Welcome to Numaya: Numerology & Astrology. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Numaya mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), operated by AppVerse ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use the App.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

Numaya provides users with computational profiles based on Western Pythagorean Numerology, Chaldean Numerology, Chinese Lo Shu Grid structures, and Vedic Astrology chart generators. The calculations are processed entirely on-device, allowing you to save profiles locally on your mobile hardware.

3. Entertainment & Self-Reflection Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully before using the App:

• For Self-Reflection and Entertainment Only: The readings, calculations, alignments, grids, planetary coordinates, forecasts, and crystal guides provided by Numaya are intended solely for personal self-reflection, educational exploration, and entertainment purposes.
• Not Professional Advice: The information generated by the App does not constitute, and should not be used as a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice.
• No Efficacy Assurances: We do not make any claims, guarantees, or assurances regarding the mathematical accuracy of historical esoteric systems or the real-world impact/outcomes of following daily colors, crystals, or numbers. Any decisions you make based on details from the App are entirely your own responsibility.

4. User Accounts & Local Profiles

Numaya does not utilize online cloud-hosted user accounts. All user profiles, names, and saved birth coordinates are stored locally on your device's internal storage.

• You are solely responsible for managing and maintaining the security of your device.
• We do not have access to your saved profiles and cannot retrieve, restore, or backup any data that is lost due to device damage, OS clearing, or app uninstallation.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Free Trial

Numaya operates under a freemium model, offering basic features for free (monetized via advertisements) and advanced features (such as daily forecasts and detailed PDF reports) through a paid Premium subscription.

• In-App Purchases: Premium access is billed through the Google Play Store. When subscribing, you agree to abide by all applicable terms of service and billing rules of Google Play.
• Subscription Management: Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and auto-renew unless canceled through your Google Play Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store platform in accordance with Google's refund policies. We cannot directly issue subscription refunds.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use any automated scraping, data gathering, or extraction scripts on the App's built-in local database files (such as city lookup coordinates or crystal databases).
• Use the App or its outputs for commercial services or resale.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's code, structure, visual graphics, UI layout, custom SVG icons, local databases (excluding raw astronomical coordinates), and logo are the intellectual property of AppVerse. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal use on your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppVerse shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the App, the loss of your locally stored profiles, or your reliance on calculations, daily colors, or forecasts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate that updates have occurred by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
