At Numaya (operated by AppVerse), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Numaya: Numerology & Astrology mobile application (the "App" or "Service").

By installing and using Numaya, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Process & How It Is Handled

Numaya is designed to calculate numerological core numbers and Vedic birth charts (Janam Kundli). To achieve this, we process specific inputs including your name, date of birth, time of birth, and location of birth.

Critical Privacy Standard:

• 100% On-Device Calculation: All calculations, including your Life Path number, Lo Shu grid configurations, and Vedic D1 charts, are calculated locally on your mobile device.
• No Server Transmission: Your name, birth date, birth time, and birth coordinates are never transmitted to our servers or stored on any cloud infrastructure. The App operates fully offline for calculations.
• Local Profile Storage: Any profile data you save (names, dates, birth coordinates) is saved locally on your device's secure internal database (using local storage technologies like SQLite, Hive, or SharedPreferences).

2. Third-Party Services We Integrate

While your core calculations and profiles remain entirely offline and private, the App integrates specific third-party SDKs to support its freemium model (ad monetization and subscription billing). These third parties may collect device identifiers and transactional information:

• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements within the free tier. AdMob may collect and process device advertising IDs, general geographic location, and app interaction data to customize and evaluate advertisements. You can manage personalized ad settings in your device settings.
• RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: Used to manage premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. When you purchase a subscription, transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Store billing platform. RevenueCat tracks subscription entitlement states using anonymous transaction identifiers. We do not collect or store your payment card numbers or banking credentials.

3. Data Retention & Profile Deletion

Since your profile data is stored exclusively on your local device:

• We do not have access to your data and cannot retrieve or delete it for you.
• How to Delete Your Data: You can delete any saved profile directly from the profile management screen inside the App. To remove all cached values, local profiles, and app databases, you can clear the App's storage/cache in your Android system settings, or uninstall the App from your device.

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, calculate, or process profiles or details for anyone under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have locally saved data of a user under 18, we will take steps to clear that local configuration immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered birth data, they can delete it by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, inspect, modify, or delete the personal details you entered. Because your details are kept exclusively on-device, you can execute these rights at any time directly within the App by editing or deleting your profiles, or by removing the App.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
